After your donation is sent (and processed on our donation platform), you will receive an official donation receipt entitling you to a tax credit within 45 days from the month when you made at least one donation.

- After your donation is sent (and processed on our donation platform), you will receive an official donation receipt entitling you to a tax credit. Food Banks Canada will receive your contact information solely for the purposes of tax receipting. Please note that all your donations made to Food Banks Canada within the month will be compiled on a single tax receipt and provided within 45 days from the month when you made at least one donation.
The value of the reward is taxable, even if you do not receive tax slips.
